Please have all your information available including username(s) emergency phone number that someone will answer on a call back, network or computer information, company/contact information if not a client, and any information pertinent to your issue. If you’re a current client, we already have network information but need as much detail as possible regarding what you are experiencing.
Please be aware that our base rate for emergency/after hours/weekend support is $265.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
