Windows 8 is a bold departure from previous Windows operating systems. It is clearly geared toward touch screens and notepads. There are some who are likening it to Vista, but is this merely a fear of change?
If we look on a performance level Windows 8 bests Windows 7 handily. As more people purchase notepads and desktops loaded with Windows 8 – we will see what they think of it.
